These plum wood wands are a special limited run.We had a large branch of our plum tree broken in a winter storm several months ago and I was able to save and cure enough wood for a handful of wands.Being from a branch, there are some lovely color variations and small knots not often found in commercially purchased lumber made from large tree trunks.Nor is plum wood easily found, not being suited for commercial wood production.These natural harvest wands have unique character.

Our wands are individually turned on a lathe and hand finished.Every wand is unique and varies in length from 12″ to 15″.Wands are sanded with 320 grit and then burnished for fine finish.They are then oiled with linseed oil and polished with carnauba wax.Some handles are special editions which may be carved, wood burned, or trimmed in paint.These special editions are slightly higher in price.The primary photo shows a close up of each wands handle and is lettered to match ordering options.There is only one wand in stock for each letter, and you will receive the wand pictured with the letter selected when ordering.
