Wood, Ribbon, Wire, Amethyst Quartz Qrystal, Labadorite, Angel Aura Quartz, Adventurine, Clear Quartz, Smokey Quartz, Blue Topaz & Rhinestone. Various Semi Precious crystals, hand sculpted sea shells, Hand Sculpted mushrooms, moss, reindeer moss, high quality glues.

SOME INFORMATION ON THE CRYSTALS I WORK WITH

I like to work with soothing & tranquil crystals, that can be used during meditation and healing work.
The crystals I choose immediately go to work balancing emotions & centering the soul.
I tend to opt for high vibrational crystals that provide mental clarity & powerful healing to its user.
the crystals I tend to resonate towards and use most often are:
Amethyst – Clear Quartz – Smokey Quartz – Labadorite – Moon Stone – Angel Aura Quartz – Blue Topaz – Citrine amongst others.

* As each crystal is Unique, so is each wand that I create
not one wand is exactly the same in dimension.

*Our turn around time is roughly 5 – 10 business days, to source materials, create and package your wand (if any delays occur for any reasons including customization & or sourcing of specific material you will be notified timeously.Shipping of your wand is done utilizing Fedex Courier services and takes approximately 4 – 10 days to arrive at your destination.
*This may change during peak seasons.
If you are purchasing a one of a kind wand – already made this turn around time is significantly less aprox 1-5 days to process your order and ship.
if there are any delays with shipping for any reason you will be notified.

theearthedfairy DOES NOT accept returns or exchanges however should you wish to cancel your order you can do so within the first 5 hours of placing your order. we unfortunatley can not accept these exchanges as items are hand made and of raw crystal material, meaning that no matter how well we wrap an item slight damage can still occur during transit.
Photographs will be providedto you of your item before it leaves our studios in Cape Town to ensure that you absolutely love your item before it is shipped to you 🙂

We do all we can in the packaging process to ensure that your wand arrives at its destination undamaged however should this occur please contact us immediately so that we are able to contact our logistics team timeously.

*Customs in your country may reserve the right to open and inspect any parcel they feel fit, should this be the case you will see that your package will be wrapped in customs tape after clearance however if damaged is caused to your item due to man handling of your item please contact us immediately.

*Custom Tax may be due in certain countries, this is payable by the buyer.

We want you to feel truly satisfied with your wand, quality product and service is of utmost importance to us so due to our NONE return policy, we will send you photographs of your special wand before it leaves our studio so you have a clear indication of what your wand & wand boxlooks like before leaving South Africa, if you are not happy with the end result and would like to change anything please let us know timeously and before we ship to you, if this is the case please understand that there may be a delay in stipulated shipping time. This only applies to custom made pieces. one of a kind wands can not be altered in anyway.
