This Feather Bustle is made with Chandelle boas. This type of boa is made by attaching thousands of little feathers to a string.Some of these little feathers will get loose (shed) which is normal and should be expected. For this reason, this bustle will shed as well. The shedding does not mean that the bustle is coming apart and the shedding will not make the bustle disintegrate.

The bustle will shed the most when you get it out of the package. Please make sure you open the package in an area that can get “feathery”. With time the bustle will shed less and less.IMPORTANT TO NOTE: If the product you’re buying contains boas, please be mindful that these type of feathers are prone to shedding.
